INGLATERRA, 21 de octubre de 2017 / AMP — League One : Después de empatar 1-1 con el Peterborough United el 17 de octubre, los “Shrimpers” se recuperaron con una victoria de 1-0 sobre el Bury , este sábado, en la 15ª jornada de la tercera división inglesa.
Después de 45 minutos de juego, ni el Southend United, ni el Bury habían conseguido romper el empate. 0-0 en el descanso, todo se decidió en la segunda parte con el gol de Leonard Ryan a seis minutos del final del tiempo reglamentario.
El Southend United FC subió al 13.er puesto con 20 puntos en 15 partidos, empatado en puntos con Portsmouth FC.
