INGLATERRA, 16 de abril de 2016 / AMP — Premier League : Después de perder 0-2 con el Leicester City el 10 de abril, los Rokerites se recuperaron con una victoria de 3-0 sobre el Norwich City en Carrow Road, este sábado en Carrow Road, en la 34ª jornada de la liga inglesa.
El Sunderland dominó la primera parte gracias al gol del delantero italiano Fabio Borini de penalti en el minuto 41. Yendo a la cabeza 1-0 en el descanso, los jugadores del Sunderland ampliaron su ventaja en la segunda parte al marcar dos dos veces (Defoe 53' y Watmore 90').
El Norwich City sigue en el 17.º puesto con 31 puntos en 34 partidos, 7 puntos por detrás de Crystal Palace, aunque con un partido más.
