Reid Kyel abrió el marcador en el minuto 21, antes de que el Gillinghamempatase en el minuto 26 gracias al gol de Ehmer Max. Llegando con el marcador 1-1 al descanso. Al final, el Gillingham decidió el partido en la segunda parte gracias al gol de Knott Billy en el minuto 72.
